Job Role: AI-Python developerLocation: Cincinnati OhioExperience: 2-4 yearsSkills:Key Responsibilities* Design and develop Python-based automation solutions to streamline business processes.* Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.* Develop reusable Python libraries, APIs, and automation frameworks.* Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, web services, and databases.* Build intelligent document processing, OCR, and workflow automation solutions.* Develop data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and analytics.* Create proof-of-concepts (POCs) and rapidly prototype AI use cases.Required Skills* Strong proficiency in Python (3.x).* Experience with automation frameworks and scripting.* Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.* Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON.* Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.* Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.* Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.* Understanding of Docker and containerized deployments.AI & Automation Skills* Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM APIs.* Experience using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.* Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS.* Experience building RAG applications and AI assistants.* Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.* Experience with OCR solutions and intelligent document processing.* Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate is an advantage
