Job Description2ND & 3RD SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN'S NEEDED - NAPOLEON, OHIOA Leading Automotive Supplier near Napoleon, Ohio needs 2nd & 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician's. These are Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Positions offering Competitive Compensation, Off Shift Premium, Bonus Potential, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays & Paid Vacation.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for maintaining, setting up, and operating equipment.Perform fabrication of parts/equipment.Respond to service calls to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine problems and determine proper corrective action.Execute mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, as well as problem solving retrofits and emergency repairsTroubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)Maintain parts inventory for common replaceable items and daily recordkeeping within the computer maintenance management software (CMMS)EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Six (6) years of demonstrated competency in Industrial MaintenanceVocational Certificate, Associate's Degree in a Technical Field, or Equivalent ExperienceWorking knowledge PLC's is PreferredBasic knowledge of Robotics a plusExperience using precision measuring tools such as Calipers and MicrometersEffective Communication and Problem Solving SkillsTO APPLY:If you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to submit your resume in Microsoft Word format to: GHubbard@Venteon.comWe treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
