You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the office/team running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full time position working ~35 hours per week.We need an enthusiastic, motivated, organized, responsible, happy, caring team member that is looking to work with a small team to create a great environment for our awesome patients. You must be a team player that gives 110% and is willing to learn and take advice and create great working relationships.If you feel like this is your style, you are ready to take on a new adventure, then please send your resume and let us meet with you soon!We will ask for a personal interview and a working interview!Responsibilities:Handle administrative duties in a timely mannerPerform routine clinical tasks to support chiropractic teamCommunicate with insurance companies for proper billing proceduresHelp with P.T/ExercisesMarketing-InternalScheduling and managing follow through patient treatment planscommunicating via email, text and phone with new and existing patientsPersonal injury cases-attorneys, at-fault insurance companies, billing, follow upCollectionsElectronic Health Record system training, input, daily reportingChiropractic Assistant (Certification may be offered)Qualifications:Previous experience in healthcare is ideal but not mandatoryFamiliarity with medical billing proceduresStrong organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentOutgoingHealth orientedConsiders preventative health solutionsBe able to work evening hours (until 6:30-7 P.M Mon-Thurs) Company DescriptionWe are a family friendly clinic that thrives on finding the cause to a patients problems, helping them to make the right choice to correct the underlying cause of their problem(s).
