Lead Python Developer

Our Client is continuing to invest heavily in modern technology to better serve their customers and partners. They’re launching a brand-new B2B collaboration platform and are looking for Python Developers who enjoy building from scratch and want to make a real impact on a highly visible, greenfield initiative.What You’ll Do• Build and maintain scalable APIs using Python and FastAPI to support a modern B2B web application serving thousands of users• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers (Vue), business analysts, and testers to design and deliver new features end-to-end• Develop and support data synchronization between legacy systems and a new, modern platform (TPA 2.0)• Participate in design discussions, technical decision-making, and iterative delivery in an agile environment• Help establish best practices and technical foundations for a brand-new productWhat We’re Looking For• 5+ years of Python development experience, with a strong focus on building APIs• Experience working with FastAPI (or similar modern Python frameworks)• Hands-on experience with data integration or data synchronization across systems• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative, fast-paced team• Ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH three days per week• Fast APINice to Have• Cloud experience (AWS or similar)• Experience working on greenfield development or net-new platforms• Exposure to modern frontend frameworks and API-first design
