Recently expanded into New Jersey with future plans for Pennsylvania, as well. Currently in need of an additional Orthopedic Surgeon to cover their offices in Queens, Bronx and Manhattan. Job Description: Compensation : $300000 - $600000 Job ID : 45043 Job Function: Ideal surgeon would be experienced in ankles, wrist and hand, may be able to provide some cases in shoulder, knee, hip replacements (upper / lower extremities, general ortho or sports ortho potentially) Only one site per day, would get schedule in advance Standard Monday to Friday schedule, may be able to accommodate special schedule requests Main hospital relationship for admissions is with NYU but it's not exclusive, can either help surgeon get privileges at local hospital or can accommodate hospital(s) they currently have privileges at as well Surgeon must be comfortable with a large percentage of their practice in workers comp / no fault cases Job Requirements: NY License Board Certified 1+ year of practicing experience Ideally experience with workers comp but not required Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
