Project Coordinator- Travel Required

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ExecutionPlan, coordinate, and manage underground utility construction projects from pre-construction through closeoutDevelop project schedules, budgets, and work plansMonitor project progress and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlinesEnsure all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirementsFinancial OversightPrepare and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and monthly financial reportsTrack job costs, quantities, and productivityIdentify and manage change orders and cost impactsEnsure profitability targets are met or exceededClient & Stakeholder RelationsServe as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractorsMaintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfactionLead project meetings and provide clear communication on progress and issuesTeam LeadershipWork closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews to ensure efficient project executionProvide leadership, direction, and support to project teamsAssist with staffing, training, and performance managementSafety & CompliancePromote and enforce Cleary Construction's safety culture and policiesEnsure all projects adhere to OSHA and company safety standardsConduct regular site visits and safety reviewsProcurement & Subcontractor ManagementSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bidsNegotiate contracts and manage subcontractor performanceCoordinate material procurement and delivery schedules
