Salary : $60,268.00 Annually Location : Flagstaff, AZ Job Type: Regular Full Time Job Number: 0804673 Department: Justice Court - Flagstaff Opening Date: 04/01/2026 Closing Date: 4/17/2026 5:00 PM ArizonaNature of WorkUnder general supervision, performs work of considerable difficulty in the management of a program, administrative activity or operational unit; performs related work as required.Typical Duties(Illustrative only) • Manages a program, administrative activity, or operational unit • Plans and implements program development and the delivery of services • Supervises and evaluates staff • Assists in the preparation and administration of the budget • May administer grants • May serve as team leader or project manager • Provides related duties as assignedEssential functions include: standing; walking; crouching; stooping to hand files; kneeling to file; working with and around other staff; communicating with staff and the public; working alone; dealing with interruptions; repetitive motion hand-wrist and elbow-shoulder.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in subject area and two years progressively responsible management experience in assigned or related field; OR, Associate's degree in subject area and three years progressively responsible management experience; OR, Four years progressively responsible management experience; OR,Any equivalent combination of training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Preferences: Prior experience working in a court, legal, or justice system setting, such as juvenile court, clerk of court, legal office, prosecution, defense, or probation. Prior experience in personnel management. Prior program and or project management. This position is exempt from overtime. Note: Individuals in exempt classifications as part time employees may be classified as non-exempt per FLSA law regarding minimum weekly salary requirements.
