Class B Driver

CPP is now hiring Class B Drivers for Bus Driving and Driver positions!Your job will require specializing in providing safe and reliable services to schools in Novato, CA, and surrounding areas.The shift runs on a variable morning/day shift schedule, paying $23-$28/hour depending on experience, requiring a Class B driving license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings.Responsibilities:Safely transport students to and from school in accordance with established routes and schedules.Establish and maintain positive relationships with school personnel, students, and parents/guardians.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the vehicle.Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as refueling, checking fluid levels, and reporting any issues.Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.Requirements:Valid Class B driver's license with a clean driving record.Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferredAbility to communicate effectively with school personnel, students, and parents/guardians.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.Flexibility to work varying day shift hours.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage of $23-$28/hour.Opportunities for advancement within the company.Comprehensive training and support.Positive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.If you are a responsible and dependable individual with a passion for ensuring the safety and well-being of students, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
