You will ensure smooth operation of end-user systems, focusing on device management, troubleshooting, and user support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier I–II support for hardware, software, and connectivity issuesManage devices using Intune (MDM / Endpoint Manager)Perform system imaging and device configurationHandle help desk responsibilities including call support and ticket resolutionDeliver hands-on desktop/deskside support for end usersMaintain compliance with IT security and operational standardsQualifications2+ years of experience in desktop support or help desk rolesHands-on experience with Intune / Endpoint Manager (MDM)Strong experience in imaging and device configurationProficiency in troubleshooting Windows systems and hardwareAbility to support users via phone and in-personStrong communication and customer service skills
