This role involves managing a sales territory to drive revenue and market share growth by executing approved sales and marketing strategies while delivering top-tier customer service.Compensation: $60,000 base salary + commission and bonusesBenefits:Medical & Prescription DrugsDentalVisionLife/AD&D InsuranceLong‐Term Disability (LTD)Health Savings Account (HSA)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)401(k) Retirement PlanJob Responsibilities:Sell IKO Shingles and related IKO residential roofing accessories to new prospectsDevelop IKO Shield and IKO Shield Pro+ contractors in the assigned territoryPlan and execute strategies to meet territory sales goals and support customer needsAcquire new customers and grow existing accountsCreate and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM toolsMeet regularly with the Branch Manager to review pipeline and territory performanceDrive year-over-year growth in sales and product market shareConduct weekly product presentations and program rollouts for contractors and buildersDeliver training sessions and product demonstrations to customersRespond promptly to customer and internal inquiriesGenerate new business through cold calling and lead generation effortsParticipate in company-provided training sessions, meetings, and eventsInvestigate and address product quality issues within the territoryFollow all company policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience or 3–5 years of inside sales experience ready to transition to outside salesPrior experience in the building products industry or working with roofing contractors, builders, or architects is preferred but not requiredStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate within a team environmentProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsMust successfully pass a background and credit checkLiberty Roofing Center is an equal opportunity employer.
