The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading high-stakes engagements, building and strengthening client relationships, and driving strategic growth across the practice. This leadership role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in delivering clarity, credibility, and expert insight in contentious environments. Key responsibilities include leading and managing various types of investigations, overseeing commercial dispute engagements, serving as an expert advisor to a range of clients, and directing multidisciplinary teams. The role also involves developing and reviewing investigative strategies, providing expert witness support, and ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance.Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in forensic investigations, disputes, forensic accounting, or financial crime consulting. A strong track record in managing fraud investigations and commercial dispute matters is essential, as is experience working alongside legal counsel in various legal proceedings. Professional credentials such as CPA, ACA, CFE, CFA, CA, ABV, CFF, or similar are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability in business development, exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex assignments under tight deadlines.
