The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a group of General Managers, driving strategic initiatives to optimize performance, and ensuring strong operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth. This role requires a hands-on leadership approach, with a focus on developing and executing a comprehensive business development and growth strategy for the region. The Regional Vice President will also be tasked with analyzing regional P&L results, providing strategic recommendations, and maintaining accountability across branch leadership teams. Candidates for the Regional Vice President position must have a proven track record in leading multi-branch operations, particularly in exterior building services, construction, or related industries. Strong financial acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels are essential. The role demands a strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving capabilities, a hands-on management style, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is required, with an MBA preferred, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in operational leadership roles.
