As we continue to expand, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee key projects within the Houston region.Position SummaryThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple commercial construction projects across the Houston area, overseeing all phases from initiation through completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to handle complex builds, including new construction, renovations, hotel renovations, tenant improvements, heavy civil work, and large-scale developments.The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a portfolio of up to 10 projects simultaneously, ensuring each project is delivered successfully while maintaining company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple commercial construction projects within the Houston region (up to 10 concurrent projects). Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality and safety standards. Supervise and coordinate Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, procurement plans, and subcontractor performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout all project phases. Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and all project documentation. Conduct regular site visits within the local project area to monitor progress and resolve issues. Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction project management. Proven experience managing multiple large-scale commercial projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management skills. Advanced knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. PMP certification preferred; OSHA 30, LEED, or similar certifications are a plus. Valid driver’s license required.
