This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple fast‑paced projects, anticipate challenges, and drive execution with precision, accountability, and exceptional communicationKey ResponsibilitiesLead large‑scale commercial interior build‑outs including renovations, tenant improvements, and multi‑phase projectsOwn project schedules, budgets, and cost control from planning through completionDirect pre‑construction activities including scope development, permitting, procurement, and subcontractor onboardingServe as the senior point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and vendorsDrive subcontractor performance with clear expectations and accountabilityResolve complex field issues, RFIs, and schedule conflicts quickly and decisivelyConduct site visits and quality control reviews ensuring compliance with plans, codes, and safety standardsManage procurement strategy for materials, FF&E, and long‑lead itemsMaintain rigorous project documentation including contracts, drawings, submittals, and closeout materialsLead project closeout including punch walks, warranties, and turnoverQualifications5–10+ years managing commercial interior construction or tenant improvement projectsProven success delivering multi‑trade, multi‑phase, fast‑paced projectsStrong command of design‑build, construction sequencing, and value engineeringAdvanced skill in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor managementExceptional communication, leadership presence, and client‑facing professionalismProficiency in Procore or similar construction management platforms
