All encompassing role, get hands dirty, understand what pieces are touchingMile wide inch deep type person- someone who is very native to development, has an extremely strong execution background and track record- need someone that can interact and guide diff groupsTechnical Lead / Solutions ArchitectWe’re launching Step 2.0, an AI-native application designed to replace the current STEP (Systematic Tracking of Exchanges in Procurement) program. This initiative is being led by the PMO and is operating on an aggressive delivery timeline across multiple Agile pods.We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Lead / Solutions Architect—a highly technical, execution-focused leader who can connect the dots across pods, validate end-to-end design decisions, and help ensure teams are truly ready to deliver (especially from a data and integration readiness standpoint).What You’ll DoServe as the technical glue across multiple pods, ensuring solutions align and integrate cleanly end-to-endDrive execution and release readiness, helping teams stay on track and unblocked in a fast-moving programAssess and guide technical flow and architecture:“Does this design make sense?”“Does the data flow correctly?”“Why are we doing it this way—are there better options?”Partner with PMO leadership and pod leads to coordinate technical dependencies, sequencing, and delivery plansGet hands-on as needed—able to dive into components, integrations, and code-level details when requiredHelp “stitch together” what the Step 2.0 application will touch across systems and teamsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong background as a Technical Lead/Solutions Architect operating in complex, multi-team delivery environmentsExecution-first mindset with a track record of driving delivery, managing releases, and bringing structure to fast-moving teamsAbility to operate “mile wide, inch deep”:Broad enough to understand and connect many moving parts quicklyTechnical enough to evaluate implementations and guide teams effectivelyComfortable challenging assumptions and asking the right questions to ensure solutions are cohesive and scalableStrong cross-functional communication skills—able to guide and influence multiple teams and stakeholdersTechnical Skills (Key)Python (must-have / strongly preferred)Experience understanding and coordinating integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts of application changesFamiliarity working across modern application stacks (exact pod tech may vary)Nice to HaveExperience with AI-native / AI-enabled applications or platform modernization effortsProcurement domain familiarity (helpful, not required)Experience supporting PMO-led, multi-pod delivery programsAdditional Comments
