Tax Senior

Century Group is partnering with a growing client who is seeking a Tax Senior to add to their team in Pasadena for a hybrid role. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $40 to $47 per hour. Looking to have a qualified candidate start immediately!Job Responsibilities:Develop efficient tax strategies to optimize financial performanceManage tax compliance and ensure adherence to legal requirementsOversee transfer pricing policies, documenting intercompany transactionsSupport tax and financial audits at both global and local levelsCollaborate with external tax consultants to meet obligations Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accountingActive CPA license or an Enrolled Agent (EA) certification preferred3-5 years of experience in tax-related rolesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software's Experience:Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and colleaguesAdaptability to handle dynamic tax regulations and changing scenariosSupervisory experience preferredResourcefulness and problem-solving abilities to address complex tax issuesREF #48128#LI-POST
