The Role
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing in home ABA team. You will provide clinical oversight and leadership for children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
This role prioritizes assessment, programming, supervision, and collaboration while minimizing unnecessary administrative burden.
Core Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs using evidence based practices
Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake evaluations
Translate assessment data into clear, functional, and measurable treatment goals
Analyze client data regularly and adjust programming based on progress
Provide supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and support staff
Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to promote consistency and generalization
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and funder requirements
Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration when appropriate
Uphold ethical standards and best practices in behavior analysis

Qualifications
Active BCBA certification through the BACB
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and data based decision making
Experience supervising and training RBTs
Ability to communicate clearly with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Knowledge of ethical standards and HIPAA compliance
Ability to work independently while contributing to a cohesive team
