Job Description • Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.• Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects.• Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka. Should have hands-on experience in their current projects• Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.• Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.• MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience – experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).• Good Communication.
