USC & GC only on W2Responsibilities include:Participating in and contributing to solution design discussions.Meaningfully contributing to requirements gathering and refinement sessions.As part of a scrum team, deliver high quality production-ready code, perform code reviews, and mentor more junior developers.Full-stack development – from CSS to database schema design.Assist with production issues, code promotions, etc.Help the team grow – bring fresh ideas to the table and challenge the team on current practices.Keep up to date with current software development trends and bring them to the table.Required Skills:10+ years of Java web application developmentJava Enterprise (Java EE/J2EE) and Hibernate frameworksBroad familiarity with Spring (e.g., SpringBoot, SpringMVC, Spring Data, etc)Various web technologies (REST, SOAP, XML, etc)Solid foundational understanding of Java programmingBasic SQL knowledgeUnderstanding of supporting technologies (e.g., git, Linux, SSL, etc)Strong communication skills (comfortable talking to the business)Additional Preferred Skills:Experience with microservices (Spring Cloud APIs)PCF experience (on prem)JenkinsGit hub
