Program Manager OpportunityEnDyna, a woman-owned small business based in McLean, Virginia, is seeking a Program Manager to support a forthcoming Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Environmental Compliance, Planning, and Resiliency contract in the Washington, DC metro area. This program supports complex, multi-site federal environmental operations across compliance, sustainability, and resiliency initiatives.Position OverviewThe Program Manager will provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight for a large, multi-million-dollar environmental program supporting multiple concurrent task orders. This role ensures high-quality execution, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination between government stakeholders and contractor teams.Position RequirementsSecurityMust be a U.S. CitizenMust be able to obtain a Secret security clearance (pre-screened; no known disqualifiers)Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in science or engineering AND 15+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in program management ORMaster's degree in science or engineering AND 13+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in program managementRequired ExperienceManaging large, multi-million-dollar environmental programs with multiple task ordersOversight of facility-level, multi-media environmental compliance programsLeading routine performance reviews with contractor staffCoordinating regularly with Government Program ManagersManaging schedules, priorities, and budgetsConducting technical reviews and ensuring deliverable qualityManaging subcontractors and deploying staff efficiently across sitesPreferred ExperienceOversight of NEPA, cultural resources, or natural resource programsExperience supporting facility-level resiliency programsCompensationSalary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with education and experience and include paid leave, 401(k), and health insurance.InstructionsInterested candidates should submit:Cover letter (highlighting relevant experience)ResumeSalary requirementsAvailability
