Post Delivery Principal Assistant Program ManagerYou will serve as the Post Delivery Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM) in the Amphibious Warfare Program Office (PMS 377), acting as the senior day-to-day post-delivery lead for the LPD 17 and LHA (R) Class shipbuilding portfolio.You will lead the planning, development, and execution of Post Delivery Availabilities (PDAs) and Post Shakedown Availabilities (PSAs), ensuring all work is completed to support fleet introduction requirements.You will identify and integrate deferred new construction work, trial card deficiencies, and change requests into executable post-delivery work packages.You will maintain comprehensive oversight of post-delivery test programs, trials, and certifications, ensuring timely completion and clear communication of results to stakeholders.You will coordinate across shipbuilders, SUPSHIPs, Ships Force, and other stakeholders to align post-delivery execution with fleet schedules and operational commitments.You will track, manage, and drive resolution of technical issues, design deficiencies, and production shortfalls identified during trials and post-delivery execution.You will lead risk identification and mitigation efforts related to cost, schedule, and technical performance during the post-delivery phase.You will negotiate and resolve complex issues among stakeholders with competing priorities.You will ensure configuration control, completion status tracking, and accurate reporting of all post-delivery work and system certifications.You will provide expert advice to senior leadership on post-delivery readiness, risks, and execution status.You will direct the end-to-end development, execution, and lifecycle management of the Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy (SCN) 'Post Delivery and Outfitting' budget across the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP) on behalf of the Program Manager.You will direct the comprehensive development, implementation, and lifecycle management of Post Delivery contracts on behalf of the Program Manager.You will have supervisory responsibility for assigned personnel, including setting priorities, managing workload, and evaluating performance.You will be responsible for maintaining rigorous oversight of total budget health.You will serve as the primary programmatic liaison to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), collaborating closely to formulate acquisition strategies, define technical requirements, and oversee contractor performance.
