Position Overview:The Controller will oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance for the organization. This role is critical to ensure the financial health and integrity of the company.What You’ll DoYou’ll be the go-to accounting professional for the organization, managing end-to-end accounting functions. Key responsibilities include:Financial Management & ReportingPrepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projectionsPost journal entries, including accruals, intercompany transactions, and adjustmentsMaintain fixed asset schedules and depreciationReconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accountsMonth-end close and year-end tax preparation in collaboration with the CPAAccounts Payable / Accounts ReceivableHandle full-cycle A/P and A/R, including billing, vendor payments, and collectionsMaintain vendor files and compliance documentationPayroll SupportReview payroll for accuracyWhat We’re Looking ForQualificationsDegree in Accounting or Finance required15+ years of accounting experience in an inventory intensive environmentStrong QuickBooks and Excel skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizationMust pass a background check
