Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

Who We Are: At Prism Hair Studio, we are a group of passionate hair stylists who are team focused and community driven. Our services include haircuts, styling, color, and hair extensions, as well as facial waxing and tinting. The Requirements: - Hold a valid Maine Cosmetology or Barbering License - 2+ years of experience preferred The Pay: - Tiered commission, plus tips; or hourly (whichever is higher) The perks: - Work in an upbeat busy salon in high traffic area - Easy-to-use online booking system - Complimentary beverage bar for clients - Continuing education - 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment - All backbar and color supplied by salon The Expectations: - Arrive 15 minutes prior to shift - Ability to work as a team - Keep a clean and tidy workspace - Advertise and promote your work - Willingness to take new clients/walk-ins if scheduling allows - Have time management skills We can’t wait to meet you!
