What You'll DoAs part of a high-performing team, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth by: Identifying and securing new business opportunities while collaborating with existing clients to enhance their digital advertising strategies. Developing new business prospects while strengthening relationships with current clients through proactive outreach and upselling. Selling tailored advertising solutions from Cox Media's varied multichannel portfolio, including TV, digital video, streaming, display, social media, and paid search. Engaging in budgeting and forecasting to aid strategic planning and sustain revenue growth. Championing Cox Media's solutions by educating clients on data-driven strategies that enhance brand awareness and deliver measurable outcomes. Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in leveraging digital and cross-platform campaigns to achieve their goals. Creating and delivering engaging presentations that showcase the effectiveness of our advertising solutions. Building and expanding your book of business through strategic prospecting and consultative account management. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Maintaining accurate sales activity and client communication records in CRM systems. Representing Cox Media energetically, whether managing accounts in the office or seeking new prospects in the field. Staying updated on industry trends and community activities to generate leads. What You BringSkills and Requirements:6 years of experience in a related field; alternatively, a bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or a master's degree with up to 2 years of experience. Demonstrated sales success in identifying new opportunities and building client relationships. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals and fostering partnerships. Ability to leverage data in developing media strategies. Skilled in making complex solutions accessible and understandable. Resilience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while nurturing client relationships. A valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation. Preferred QualificationsExpertise in prospecting new business and nurturing client relationships through consultative selling and deep digital marketing knowledge. Experience developing strategic advertising solutions informed by the evolving media landscape. Prior success in selling multi-platform digital advertising solutions, with a capacity to adapt to emerging technologies. Industry certifications and/or Google Ads certification.
