This role is responsible for driving alignment, maintaining momentum across initiatives, and ensuring clear visibility into progress and outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with deep expertise in Jira and Agile practices, and brings a product-oriented mindset to delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram and Initiative ManagementManage and track multiple concurrent initiatives across engineering and product teamsDefine and maintain timelines, dependencies, and deliverablesIdentify risks, blockers, and escalation points early and proactively drive resolutionEnsure initiatives remain on track and aligned to business prioritiesStakeholder Communication and AlignmentAct as the communication hub between product, engineering, and leadershipTranslate technical progress into clear, business-level updatesPrepare executive-level summaries, status reports, and leadership updatesEnsure consistent messaging and transparency across all stakeholdersReporting and InsightsDevelop program dashboards, board-level materials, and leadership reportingConsolidate complex data into concise, actionable insightsGather and synthesize data from multiple systems and tools, including JiraAgile and Process OptimizationChampion Agile and Scrum best practices across teamsImprove team effectiveness by optimizing workflows, ceremonies, and delivery processesEnsure clarity around roles and responsibilities across product owners, engineering leads, and scrum mastersDrive adoption of modern product delivery principles and support a shift toward a product-led cultureJira Administration and OptimizationServe as a Jira expert, responsible for setup, configuration, and ongoing administrationEstablish scalable, efficient workflows that enable accurate tracking and reportingEnsure consistent and effective usage of Jira across teamsEnable automated reporting and data-driven decision-making through optimized Jira structures Required QualificationsProven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or similar roleAdvanced expertise in Jira administration, configuration, and reportingStrong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologiesExperience working closely with product and engineering teams in a delivery-focused environmentDemonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive cross-functional alignmentStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business contextExperience creating executive-level presentations and reporting Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting a transition from project-based delivery to product-led operating modelsFamiliarity with non-functional requirements such as scalability, maintainability, and securityBackground in improving product ownership and accountability within engineering organizations Benefits:At Ledgent Technology, we prioritize our contractors, whom we proudly call Ambassadors.
