Just fair pay, steady shifts, and a place that counts on you.Why This Gig Hits DifferentLead and coordinate daily stockroom operationsincludinginventory, kitting, shipping, and receivingAssign and adjust team workloads to meet production demands and deadlinesSupport onboarding and training of new stockroom team membersCommunicate with production, engineering, purchasing, and project management teams regarding material availabilityMonitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepanciesUse ERP and inventory management systems to track materials and generate reportsReceive, inspect, label, store, and track electronic components and raw materialsVerify kits, parts, and quantities for production accuracyPackage and prepare finished goods for shipment according to customer and carrier requirementsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and operational proceduresEscalate equipment or process issues to maintenance or management as neededWhat It Takes:High school diploma or GED required3+ years of experience in inventory, stockroom, shipping/receiving, or electronics manufacturing2+ years in a lead, senior associate, or supervisory role preferredExperience with ERP systems and inventory tracking softwareStrong computer skillsincludingMicrosoft OfficeAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishStrong attention to detail, organization, and leadership skillsAbility to liftupto 40 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasksWhat You Really Wanna KnowSolid weekly paythat lands on time, every timeMedical, dental, disability, and life insurance= coveredOptional 401(k)because your future mattersRobin's Recruiter?
