The role involves designing and building complex software solutions using C#. You will work as part of a team, taking features from concept to release while ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop software features using C# with maintainable architecture. Build and maintain automated testing frameworks, primarily using Python. Break down complex features into manageable tasks during planning cycles. Review code and user stories to maintain technical standards. Agile Planning & CollaborationParticipate in Program Increment (PI) planning and sprint cycles. Manage and prioritize backlog while resolving dependencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements. Present technical updates during system demos. QualificationsRequired Technical SkillsC# Expertise: Proven experience building complex applications. System Design: Ability to implement scalable and robust solutions. Automated Testing: Experience with test suite development and maintenance. Preferred ExperiencePython: Experience in automation or scripting. Leadership: Experience mentoring or leading teams.
