This is an employed position serving patients across a 50-mile, multi-county region.You ll be joining a respected team known for combining personalized care with advanced medical expertise supported by a dedicated community and robust hospital partnership.Only GI group in CountyCall rotation: 1:7 (approx. 4 5 days/month)Team: 15 total providers (9 physicians, 6 APPs)Procedures: 11,000 colonoscopies/year 3,500 EGDs/yearAverage 31 scopes per week and 10 EGDs per weekEMR: EClinicalWorks (clinic) and Meditech (inpatient)Fast Track program: 90% conversion rate for proceduresClinic volume: patients/day (after ramp-up)New patients: 30 minutesFollow-ups: 15 minutesEach physician supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant6 APPs on the clinic teamScope & Surgical OverviewProcedures include colonoscopies, EGDs, and sigmoidoscopiesEndoscopy Center:3 GI suites, Olympus 190 scopes procedures/day per roomDedicated CRNAs, scrub techs, and pre/post-op nursesBlock scheduling rotationMedical Center:2 ORs/GI suitesAverage 10 procedures/dayFull anesthesia coverage (24/7)EUS preferred but not requiredRotating scope/surgery schedule between the Endoscopy Center and Medical CenterMorning procedures, afternoon clinic follow-upsCall Coverage1:7 rotation for hospital and ED callWeeknights: 5 PM 7 AMWeekends: Sat 7 AM Mon 7 AMNo inpatient rounding during call hoursHospitalist CoverageWeekday hospitalist coverage: 7 AM 5 PMRotates 1 week at a time (1:7 schedule)No outpatient or clinic procedures during hospitalist weekSupported by a dedicated APP during inpatient weeksRecruiter's InsightCompensation.
