Job Description CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARDLocation: Fort Belvoir, VAMinimum Qualifications:2 years demonstrated experience using Multimedia Message Manager (M3), including:Conducting profile managementMonitoring message traffic for anomalies4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or disseminationDemonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or related activitiesDemonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex conceptsEducation:Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or universityORAssociate's degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence disciplineORHigh School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence disciplineCertifications / Clearance:Current DoD TS/SCI Security ClearanceAbility to obtain CI polygraphAdditional Requirement:Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOMSpecial Qualifications / Duties:Manages messaging operations across intelligence systems and networksOversees profile management and monitors message traffic for anomaliesSupports intelligence dissemination and foreign disclosure processesDevelops and maintains SOPs and messaging documentationProduces reports and briefings related to messaging operationsCoordinates with stakeholders to ensure effective message handling and communicationEqual Employment Opportunity Statement CFDay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
