Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Franklin Park, IL for a Sales Manager at Kaas Industries. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the precision machining and manufacturing industry, nurturing relationships with existing clients, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives. The role will also involve developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events and meetings. QualificationsDemonstrated sales management skills, including lead generation, account management, and business development.Experience in precision machining sales Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.Proficiency in analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and devising actionable strategies based on market trends.Knowledge of precision machining, manufacturing processes.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively present ideas and strategies.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work on-site in Franklin Park, IL, and travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
