DCIM Analyst

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Own the data center infrastructure management platform: asset data, capacity dashboards, and reporting. *What you'll do:* * Maintain DCIM asset and connectivity data integrity * Build capacity, power, and cooling dashboards * Support move/add/change data workflows * Produce recurring operational reports * Train teams on DCIM usage *What you'll bring:* * 2+ years with DCIM, CMDB, or asset-management platforms * Strong data hygiene and reporting skills * SQL or scripting a plus * Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred _Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly._ Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
