Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riverside, CA, for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff workflows, maintain project timelines, and ensure efficiency across all aspects of the business. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, implementing workplace policies, monitoring budgets, and resolving operational challenges promptly. The role requires strong leadership to motivate teams and drive success in delivering exceptional flooring installations and services. Qualifications Experience in operations management, workflow optimization, and strategic planningStrong leadership, team management, and staff training skillsProven ability in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and supply chain coordinationExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client and vendor interactionsProblem-solving and decision-making skills to address and resolve workplace challenges effectivelyFamiliarity with flooring industry practices and tools is highly advantageousProficiency in software applications for task tracking, budgeting, and resource planningAssociates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
