In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams across technology, design, analytics, and business to deliver impactful digital features that enhance the customer journey and drive measurable results.You'll support the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, helping define requirements, prioritize work, and ensure successful execution in an agile environment.What You'll DoPartner with engineering, UX/design, and business stakeholders to deliver new digital product featuresDefine and document business requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteriaSupport product roadmap execution and feature prioritizationParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectivesLead and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality releasesAnalyze customer behavior, site performance, and product metrics to inform decisionsCollaborate on launch planning and go-to-market readiness for new featuresWhat You Bring3-5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably within ecommerce or retailExperience working in Agile environments and participating in Scrum processesStrong experience writing user stories, business requirements, and supporting UATProven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teamsFamiliarity with ecommerce platforms and customer-facing digital experiencesStrong communication and organizational skillsTools & TechnologyExperience with JIRA and ConfluenceFamiliarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM/ecommerce platforms) preferredWork EnvironmentHybrid work model with a mix of onsite collaboration and remote flexibility#LI-AJ1
