Founding Sales Engineer

We’re hiring a Founding Sales Development Representative at Serene Intelligence.We raised our first round of capital, deployed our first customers, and are now bottlenecked by founder capacity. The next step is scaling outbound, and getting to $1M ARR.In-person in San Francisco. Salary + commission + equity.We’re looking for someone hungry, coachable, and high-agency who wants to help build outbound sales from the ground up at an early-stage AI healthcare startup.Prior SDR experience is helpful, but not required.
