Position RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as an Education Director in a licensed early childhood programNYS Early Childhood Education Teaching Certification (per DOH requirements)Extensive knowledge of Article 47 regulations and NYC DOH complianceStrong understanding of enrollment management, marketing, and retention strategiesExperience managing school financials, budgeting, and reportingDemonstrated ability to build, mentor, and retain a large teamExceptional parent communication and conflict resolution skills ?
