Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: - Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (arrive 6:45-7:15 PM) - No on-call responsibilities - No block scheduling - No 48-hour guarantee - Maximum RTO of 36 hours - No floating between units - Patient ratio of 1:2-3 dependent on patient acuity and clinician experience - Work in 10-bed ICU with occasional med-surg overflow patients - Serve as primary nurse in CCU - Manage ventilator patients, post-catheterization lab patients, and critical drips - 2 years of ICU experience required - Required certifications: RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS - Dress code: scrubs in any solid color - Must reside greater than 50 miles from facility Facility: This regional medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services to the community with specialized critical care capabilities.
