Human Resources Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations within a fast-paced, field-supported environment. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring effective communication between employees, leadership, and operational teams.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling confidential information.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including scheduling, documentation, and pre-employment requirementsPartner with HR and hiring managers to support an efficient hiring processMaintain employee records and process updates, including status changes and terminationsServe as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries (policies, benefits, procedures)Support payroll through data validation and timekeeping auditsAssist with employee relations, investigations, and performance management processesContribute to employee engagement, internal communications, and HR initiativesAdminister benefits and track employee leave in compliance with company policiesEnsure compliance with employment laws, support audits, and maintain accurate HR documentationQualifications:Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Bachelor's preferred2+ years of HR experience with knowledge of employment laws and best practicesExperience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and timekeeping systemsStrong organizational, multitasking, and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionExperience supporting recruiting, employee relations, and HR complianceComfortable working in fast-paced and operational environments (industrial, manufacturing, or similar preferred)Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary + bonusFull benefits + 401k matchOn-site Requirements:5 days a week in-office required
