With a team of bright minds united in saving and healing lives, we look forward to learning more about your unique skills and talents.Donor & Family Organ TrainerDonor Alliance is hiring a Donor & Family Services Trainer who will be responsible for onboarding new Donor & Family Coordinator-Organ team members and coordinating ongoing training efforts for the entire DFCO team. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, experienced in training, and passionate about providing clear, supportive feedback to best support Donor Alliance staff, and donor families.Oversee the onboarding process for new Donor & Family Coordinator-Organ staff. Coordinate and manage ongoing training plans for the DFCO team at various stages. Provide clear, practical feedback to help staff grow and improve. Maintain regular communication with new staff to recognize their strengths and identify opportunities for development. Work 6 24-hour shifts each month, performing Donor & Family Coordinator-Organ duties Collaborate with learning and development to create ongoing trainings in an ever-changing clinical setting Here at Donor Alliance, we’re committed to cultivating a workforce as dynamic and diverse as the community we serve. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training plans simultaneously. Strong communication skills to effectively support and guide team members. Ability to assess staff performance and give constructive feedback. Schedule flexibility to support various stages of training and to work scheduled clinical shifts.
