Key Responsibilities Curate and develop research-backed workplace and mental health training content Scope and create multi-modal learning plans and large-scale training initiatives Develop program evaluation and quality assurance best practices, assessing learning needs and outcomes Required Qualifications A graduate degree (PhD, PsyD, MS, MA) in relevant fields such as psychology or public health Professional experience as a consultant or subject matter expert in mental health and workplace wellbeing Experience in creating engaging psychoeducational content for training Expertise in program evaluation and quality improvement practices Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
