MYC Production Associate

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a MYC Production Associate! In this energized role, you will be a vital part of our cultivation and/or production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced environment with a small team, utilizing your knowledge and skills to contribute to high-quality product output. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a compliant production facility while being an essential team member committed to efficiency and excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience with some or all of the following: commercial cultivation and plant care, packaging, trimming, labeling, and custodial responsibilities. Responsibilities Assist in the daily operations of cultivation or post harvest flower processing, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Help with custodial duties on a regular basis, maintaining a clean facility at all times. Utilize basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating quantities as needed. Maintain and repair equipment using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal functionality. Communicate with supervisors and managers of any issues you see within the crop or equipment. Show up on time consistently, ready to work with a good attitude. Follow all standard operating procedures Ability to read all labels, and understand proper safety handing of all materials in the facility. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Perform any other duties as necessary at request of management Requirements Previous experience in legal cannabis is preferred but not mandatory. Basic math skills are essential for performing measurements and calculations accurately. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks is required. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions accurately. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work on step ladders or concrete for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Ability to read and understand safety labels.
