We're seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Plant Operations to join our talented staff.Job Summary:We're looking for a results-driven Director of Plant Operations to oversee all maintenance department operations and personnel. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance of our facility, while also supervising and assigning maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules.Responsibilities:Responsible for all maintenance department operations and personnelConduct regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performanceSupervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedulesSchedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairsProvide oversight of maintenance/repairs and ensure contracted services are completed in a timely fashionMaintain records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties, and inspectionsCoordinate department operations, budgets, and monitoring expendituresEnsure all maintenance work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standardsMust have the ability to be "on-call" for emergency situationsQualifications:5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry, and general maintenancePrior supervisory experience in a Healthcare maintenance settingMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalentStrong work ethic, intense drive, initiative for quality serviceSolid computer skills; working knowledge of MS OfficeAbility to multi-task and stay on task and maintain focus in stressful situationsEvidence of solid leadership and supervision skillsHow to Apply:If you're a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please apply to this exciting opportunity!
