This position requires proficiency in various surgical services including Trauma, ENT, Colorectal, Plastics, Neurosurgery, Surgical Oncology, and more. The OR at the specified facility is known for its excellent clinical care, advanced technology, and commitment to minimally invasive techniques.ResponsibilitiesProvide safe and effective patient care in the operating room. Function as a resource for patients and their families. Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure quality care delivery. Maintain standards for surgical education and academic collaboration. Assist in various surgical procedures across multiple specialties.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting. Active BLS certification required. Completion of a 16-hour Maryland approved trauma course within 27 weeks. 8-hour annual trauma CEUs are required.
