To be successful in this role, you should be interested in beauty trends, familiar with hair salon operations, friendly, a team player and eager to learn.Zokkoz is a hybrid competitive commission/hourly salon founded on reinventing the industry and commission structures that haven't been working for artists. We offer a sliding scale commission on top of hourly pay, no product charges, flexible work weeks, financial coaching, continued education plans and workshops.*Responsibilities*Perform hair services, such as haircuts, coloring, styling, and other treatmentsStay current on industry trends, techniques, and best practicesMentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and trendsUpsell salon products and services to clientsContribute to retail sales by recommending and selling hair care productsCollaborate with the salon team to provide an exceptional client experienceMaintain a clean and organized workstation*Skills*Experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of previous workExcellent customer service and communication skills with high energySelf-motivated and goal orientedStrong teamwork abilities and a commitment to collaborationStrong sales skills to effectively upsell salon products and servicesJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $50.
