A company is looking for a Legal Secretary with at least 3 years of experience in a law firm.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to attorneys
Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation, and e-discovery
Assist with e-filing in state and federal court, case management, and document reviewRequired QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm
Familiarity with State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Compulaw experience is beneficial
Knowledge of e-filing, case management, and docketing
Experience with exhibit preparation and document review
