The physician should be ready to see about 25 patients per day, with the vast majority of the patients being adults. And while the facility prefers a physician looking to have continuity of care with their patients once admitted to the hospital, they will consider physicians looking for an outpatient only opportunity. Monday through Friday schedule, no nights, no weekends! Excellent compensation package includes base salary plus up to $30,000 in incentives, generous time off allowance and a deferred compensation plan, with 5% company contribution. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance will be offered to the right candidate.
