The Financial Analyst is responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.They support the VP of Operations and General Manager by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the property.At the direction of the VP of Operations and General Manager, the Finance Analyst is directly responsible for the following:ResponsibilitiesOverseeing annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting working closely with operations and headquarters’ financesDeveloping daily, weekly, and monthly financial reportingProviding insights, conducting what-if analysis, and predicting trends to upper managementCreating PowerPoint presentations and recommending strategies to upper management on a variety of business decisionsBuilding and managing a team and working collaboratively with all stakeholders across the companyWork closely with Community Managers, Regional Managers, Vice Presidents, and IT teams on multiple projectsBenefitsGenerous employer contribution for Medical Insurance through Meritain Health.
