DescriptionJoin our vibrant Information Governance Department as a Senior Matter Mobility Analyst, where you will spearhead and execute the Firm's intricate matter mobility projects. As an experienced professional, you will be instrumental in developing innovative processes, addressing risks, and facilitating collaboration among teams on high-impact initiatives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Manage enterprise-level mobility projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and significant migrations. Establish standardized frameworks, quality controls, and acceptance criteria for mobility initiatives. Produce advanced analytics and executive reports to assist leadership in strategic decision-making. Assess and recommend new tools and automation solutions; collaborate on the technology selection process. Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on complex legal, technical, and retention issues related to mobility. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost the efficiency, security, and defensibility of processes. Mentor and support Senior Analysts and Analysts; act as an escalation point for high-risk matters. Ensure that mobility practices comply with Firm policies and regulatory standards. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:Be available for after-hours support as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES):Education:Required: Bachelor's degree; Preferred: Advanced degree or professional certification in information governance or project management. Experience:7+ years of relevant experience in matter mobility, eDiscovery, records management, or related fields. Strong proficiency in document management, secure transfer platforms, and reporting tools. Documented success in leading complex projects and engaging cross-functional stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Strategic thinker with the ability to design effective processes. Expertise in technical and data analysis. Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives and influencing stakeholders. Strong understanding of risk management and defensibility in decision-making. Experience in mentorship, knowledge transfer, and program leadership. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:This position is based in an office environment. Standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, and filing cabinets will be utilized.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This role involves sedentary work, requiring the ability to lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds and remain seated for extended periods.VISUAL ACUITY:Close visual acuity is necessary for tasks like preparing and analyzing data, extensive reading, and transcribing.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:The salary ranges for this position vary based on location and are influenced by experience, education, licensure, market demand, and organizational needs.
