Engineering Associate

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing processes, quality, and continuous improvement who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.Responsibilities:Support manufacturing engineers with daily engineering and production activities.Perform Verification of Build (VOB) activities to ensure products are built according to engineering requirements.Review and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.Support PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and manufacturing process improvements.Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and perform root cause analysis.Assist with quality documentation, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve production issues.Support multiple aerospace product lines, including heat exchangers, coolers, fans, actuators, and vapor cycle machines.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, quality engineering, or a related field.Experience with PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and root cause analysis.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.Experience conducting manufacturing or quality audits is a plus.Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience with aerospace manufacturing or NADCAP special processes is a plus.Company DescriptionKronos always provides our partners with 100% customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
