Job Description Benefits:401(k)Competitive salaryDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceGrade Foreman$80,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year based on experience.5 years + experience as a foreman required.We are looking for career-minded individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with our organization.We are looking for an individual that is self-motivated and prides themselves on quality, safety, and performance.Experience and a thorough knowledge of civil and municipality grading requirements in the Hampton Roads and tidewater area is a must.We are looking for individuals with experience in all aspects of site developmnt including E&S requirements, roadways, parking lots, BMPs, swales, and building pads.GPS Experience is a must; Experience with Topcon system is preferred.We are looking for an individual with experience and understanding of civil plan documents, specifications, third party inspections, OSHA standards, and completing projects start to finish.We are looking for a leader that works well with owners, general contractors, and inspectors.This individual must have a working knowledge of elevations, slopes, and percentages as they pertain to project completion and meeting specification requirements.A good driving record is requiredWe also welcome team members if you have a crew that would like to work together.
