Fabrication TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Fabrication Technician to join our team. This role involves working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric equipment, and requires a strong mechanical aptitude. The Fabrication Technician will be responsible for packaging industrial products, using hand tools, and installing mechanical fasteners, while also engaging directly with customers to take orders and provide accurate quotes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and customer service are key.ResponsibilitiesOperate hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric equipment/tooling.Lift 50-75lbs regularly.Package industrial products in boxes and pallets.Use a variety of hand tools.Install mechanical fasteners.Perform other shop duties as requested.Engage with customers directly, answer phone calls, take job orders, and provide accurate quotes.Essential SkillsExperience in production, fabrication, and assembly.Proficiency with hand tools.Ability to operate a lift truck (large forklift).Strong communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanically inclined.Experience with conveyor belts.Forklift experience.Ability to read a tape measurer.Roofing experience.Experience with quotes and Excel.Why Work Here?Join a company that values precision and customer engagement, providing opportunities to work with advanced equipment in a collaborative and supportive environment.Work EnvironmentThis position involves working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric equipment in a shop environment.
